King is a pint-sized powerhouse bursting with joy, energy, and so much love to give. This little guy will literally leap to waist height to greet you (his 5'9" foster can confirm! ), and he'll jump just as high into your heart.

King has been through a whirlwind of new experiences in a short time — a new home, office days, road trips, new routines — and he's met every single one with pure resilience and happiness. He just wants to be loved and be the best little boy. His bark sounds like a lovably raspy older lady — it is one of the funniest, most endearing things about him. You've been warned (and you're going to love it).

He's a cuddle bug who lives for his person. Give him a lap, some affection, and a good game of fetch and he is in heaven. He tackles the biggest snow banks without hesitation — no obstacle too large, no task too daunting. That really says it all about King.

- Potty trained (goes right to the door)
- Crate trained & great on leash
- Can be left alone up to 4 hours
- Travels beautifully — 2.5 hrs in the car, no problem
- Sits and shakes a paw on command
- 2 x 30-min walks a day keeps him happy
- Good with cats, kids, and dogs
- He will whine in his crate when left alone but does eventually settle
- He had a dental while in our care and had 13 teeth extracted

His ideal home:
King is incredibly adaptable and would thrive in so many environments — but his perfect match is someone who has the time to truly dote on him. He does best as the only dog in the home so he can soak up all of the attention.  His new family is in for the biggest treat.
